Ramdev wants army chief to battle corruption

Patna, April 5 (IANS) Yoga guru Baba Ramdev Thursday invited Indian Army chief V.K. Singh to join his campaign against corruption after retirement.

'I invite him,' Ramdev said here before launching a range of consumer ayurvedic products by his company.

Ramdev told the media that the campaign against black money and corruption would be strengthened if more people joined it.

Ramdev also urged the general to attend his yoga camp 'to get rid of stress or tension that he has been facing' after raising major corruption charges recently.

'I request the army chief to take the benefit of my yoga camp after retirement to enjoy life free of stress,' Ramdev said.
