Jet Airways to extend 'Celebrating Womanhood' special offer

As part of its 'Celebrating Womanhood' initiative, Jet Airways will extend its special offer of a 10% discount on base fares for all ladies who book tickets on www.jetairways.com , until March 15.

The special offer for the airline's lady travelers was originally valid between March 1 and March 8, 2009 only, and has been extended due to popular demand.

As part of its 'Celebrating Womanhood' initiative, Jet Airways, in association with Citibank, and along with several key partners, will offer its lady travelers a host of special offers and privileges.

The special initiative includes an in-flight film festival on board, featuring a selection of acclaimed, women-centric Indian and international movies, as well as short features, on select Jet Airways domestic services.

During this promotion, Jet Airways will also support the cause of women through a fund-raising programme by its in-flight collections which will support five NGOs working on a range of women's issues.

The airline has also announced special partner offers for its lady JetPrivilege members with the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Mandarin Oriental Bangkok and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, the Lalit Hotels, the Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, the Marriott, Meritus Hotels & Resorts , Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts, leading car rental companies, Hertz and Avis, and telecom service provider Matrix.*

Special offers from Jet Airways during this period will include:

•  A 10% discount on base fares for all ladies who book tickets on www.jetairways.com until March 15, 2009.

•  Jet Airways' lady travelers booking tickets through www.jetairways.com between March 1, 2009 and April 30, 2009 stand to win 10 domestic and international round trip tickets respectively, per week, over 2 months.

•  The airline also offers lady travellers a free Rudi Kellner pen with any purchase from Jet Boutique, its In-flight Duty Free Shopping, as well as a rebated offer on the purchase of any perfume, jewellery or cosmetics, for the month of March 2009.

•  From March 8 - March 15, 2009, Jet Airways' JetPrivilege (JP), India 's largest frequent flyer programme, will offer the airline's lady travelers a JP enrolment bonus of 500 JPMiles, as well as a flight bonus of 500 JPMiles for existing lady JetPrivilege members travelling on all Jet Airways operated-flights (with the exception of code-share services).

•  Jet Airways will also conduct a daily draw between March 5, 2009 and March 14, 2009 to identify a total of 10 lucky lady travelers who have completed their domestic Jet Airways travel between March 1 and April 30, 2009. Each of the 10 lucky ladies will receive a gift from Devotie, a contemporary jewellery brand, worth INR 10,000 each.

•  The airline will also conduct a daily draw between March 5, 2009 and March 14, 2009 to identify 4 lucky lady travelers per day, who have completed their domestic Jet Airways travel between March and April, 2009. Each lucky winner will receive special edition Celebrating Womanhood Times Music CDs.

•  50% discount on flower purchases from any Ferns n Petals outlet on showing their Jet Airways boarding passes, between March 2, 2009 and March 8, 2009.
