Chris, de Villiers tsunami flooded Pune Warriors

When Pune made 182 runs it looked like, the not-in-form Royal Challengers Bangalore would loose another but it was not meant to be. Chris Gayle had something different in mind and it was his day. He made 48 balls 81 that made the chase easy going.

In the 21st match of IPL played in the Chinnaswamy stadium, RCB marked a 6 wickets win over Pune Warriors. Playing first Pune batsman scored with the rate of around 9. Uthappa made 69 runs and Samuels and Rider made 34 a piece taking the score to 182 in 20 overs.

In reply RCB lost their fist wicket of Dilshan in 2 over but 5 consecutive sixes by Gale to Rahul Sharma in one over and 24 runs in last over snatched the win for RCB. Ashok Dinda of Pune bowled a superb and tight penultimate over giving away just 7 runs and leaving a defendable 24 runs for the last over.

Last over was bowled by Nehra and AB de Villiers and Saurabh Tiwary hit him all around the ground and made 24 runs winning the match for RCB.Man of the match was given to Chris for his blasting performance.

Pune despite their loss are still in 3rd position in the point table with 3 win and 2 losses while RCB are second last with 2 wins in their 5 matches.
