SC directs that no coercive action against Major Aditya Kumar will be taken: Advocate Aishwarya Bhati
New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Monday heard the petition filed by father of Major Aditya Kumar, who was accused of killing civilians and an FIR was filed against him in Shopian. SC directed that no coercive action will be taken against Major Aditya Kumar in pursuance of the FIR lodged against him, said Supreme Court advocate Aishwarya Bhati representing Major Aditya's father.
