New doors installed at Darshani Deodi of famous Golden Temple
Amritsar (Punjab), Oct 06 (ANI): Devotees and administration at the famous Golden Temple in Amritsar welcomed the installation of a new pair of doors. The doors replaced over 200-year-old doors at the Darshani Deodi, the entrance to causeway leading to sanctum sanctorum. The new doors are a replica of the original, old doors made by voluntary service which started back in July 2010. Devotees prayed before the setting up of the new doors. The old door set will now be put up for display in Parikrama area of Golden Temple.
