Easy Breakfast Recipe with Eggs

Eggs are a personal favourite of many people out there, even kids. And, being packed with nutritious goodness, the parents never had any qualms about indulging their kids love for eggs every other day. However, the same recipes every day is bound to make them bored of the dish soon enough. Hence, Mrs Hema shows us a few simple recipes using eggs. BREAD SCRAMBLE Ingredients: Brown Bread - 3 nos Onion - 2 nos chopped Green chiLli - 2 nos finely chopped Tomato - 1 no chopped Few chopped Coriander leaves Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp Salt to taste Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp Soy sauce - 1 Tsp ChilLi sauce - 1 Tsp Egg - 3 nos Oil - 2 Tsp Method: Cut the brown bread slices into quarter-inch pieces or desired size. In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix well. Now crack open the 3 eggs and mix well with the mixture. Keep it aside. To the pan add oil and coat it. Right before pouring the egg mixture add the brown bread pieces and mix well. Pour it into the pan and scramble it. Your Bread Scramble is ready to serve hot. MASALA OMELETTE Ingredients: Egg Onion - 1 no chopped Green chilli - 1 no thinly sliced A few Coriander leaves Chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp Pepper - 1/4 Tsp Salt to taste Oil - 2 Tsp Method: In a huge bowl, add the finely chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Now, add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper and salt. Mix it well. Finally, crack open the egg and mix it in along with the other ingredients. You egg mixture is ready. Now, heat some oil in a wide saucepan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Keep the flame on a medium-low. Cover the pan with a lid for a few seconds (This ensures that the egg gets a bit steamed on top and doesn't spill when you flip it over!) Now, flip it over and cook on the other side as well. Serve Hot. EGG OMELETTE SANDWICH Ingredients: Bread slices Cheese Slices Butter for toasting bread For Omelette: Oil Egg Salt to taste Pepper Chilli powder (optional) Method: Cut the bread slices and cheese slices using a round cutter. Heat some butter in a pan and toast the bread till it turns light golden in colour on both sides. Making an Omelette: Heat some oil in a wide pan. Grease the inside of the round cutter with oil and place it in the pan. Shake the egg well to break the yolk inside the shell and crack open it. Season it with some salt, pepper and chilli powder (optional). Remove the cutter. Flip it over and season it with some more salt and pepper. Place the toasted bread slice top it with cheese slice, omelette and close it with another slice of toasted bread. Finally toast it one more time on the pan, so that the cheese melts. Once the cheese melts, remove the toasted omelette sandwich from the pan. Your Egg Omelette Sandwich is ready! Serve it with some salad.
