New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): Rejoice for sea food lovers as consuming fish weekly can lead to a higher IQ and better sleep, according to a study. A study by University of Pennsylvania indicates that IQ was four points higher for those who consume fish weekly than those who eat fish less frequently or not at all. The research team analyzed 541 children aged 9 to 11. The sample size with 54 percent boys and 46 percent girls were asked to fill the questionnaire mentioning the frequency they eat fish. The answers varied from never to frequently and once a week. The children were then asked to take IQ test with verbal and non verbal skills.
