Army Major Kills Officer’s Wife As She Refused To Marry Him
In a shocking incident Army Major Nikhil Handa, arrested on Sunday for the murder of the wife of a fellow officer. He murdered her in a fit of rage when she refused. Shailza Dwivedi, wife of Major Amit Dwivedi, was found run over by a car, her throat slit, in the Delhi Cantonment area on Saturday.
