Digvijay Singh shares responsibility for Congress defeat in UP

New Delhi, Mar 6 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh on Tuesday said that Congress party was unable to win the confidence of people in Uttar Pradesh and personally took the responsibility for the defeat.
