Liz Hurley and ex hubby Arun Nayar in awkward embrace

London, Dec 15 (ANI): Elizabeth Hurley and her ex-husband Arun Nayar looked awkward while embracing each other at a private view of photographer Anthony Souza's snapshots from Madonna's film 'W.E.' at The Little Black Gallery in Fulham in West London.

Despite the affectionate greeting for the cameras, there was a distinct lack of passion between the former lovers, the Daily Mail reported.

As the 46-year-old actress swept in to plant a kiss on the Indian textile heir, her lips didn't even brush his cheek. Instead, the brunette beauty simply kissed the air, avoiding any contact with her former beau's skin.

During a conversation at the gallery, the pair appeared to be getting on well as they chatted away, but Nayar's body language seemed was rather hostile as he crossed both of his arms.

Opting for the biker chic vibe, the 'Austin Powers' star showed no signs of slowing down in the fashion stakes by stepping out in skintight leather trousers, a glitter speckled top, large drop earrings and a silver clutch bag.

The pair began dating in 2002, later marrying at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire before a second Hindu ceremony at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India, where Elton John gave Hurley away.

However, last December the mother-of-one was romantically linked to Australian cricketer Shane Warne, causing her to reveal on Twitter that she and Nayar had separated several months earlier.

Following the divorce in June, caused by Nayar's "unreasonable behaviour", Hurley became engaged to the Oz sportsman just three months later. (ANI)
