Simon Cowell to snub UK 'X factor'

London, May 8(ANI): Simon Cowell's long-time friend Sinitta has revealed that the music mogul will quit the live shows and final of 'The X Factor' in Britain.

"He won't ever come back to the UK version," The Daily Star quoted her as saying.

"His focus is on US X Factor now. It's not like Simon will do one series over there and then come back once it's established. He'll be staying over there indefinitely now," she said.

"Though some people are hoping he'll fly back and forth in the autumn to appear on both X Factors.

"But it just can't happen. As a mentor he needs to be around to support his acts. If he spends a week in the UK, whichever act got voted off the American show would be pretty fed-up and angry, " she added. (ANI)
