Four killed as flyover under construction collapses in Lucknow

Lucknow, Sep 30 (IANS) At least four people were killed and several injured when a flyover under construction collapsed here Tuesday evening.

At least 20 people were believed to have been trapped under the debris, police said.

The injured were being rushed to hospitals while efforts were on to pull out those trapped.

The flyover, located along the Lucknow-Faizabad Road, was under construction for the last two years.

There were many sundry shops under it. People used to park vehicles under the partly built flyover.
