OnePlus 8 Series Launching Date and Price in India: expected date of launch is April 15 at an expected price of Rs. 39,999

The Chinese mobile phone manufacturing company OnePlus is coming up with OnePlus 8 Series smartphone very soon, the expected launch date for OnePlus 8 Series in India is April 15, 2020. The company is expected to launch the OnePlus 8 Series smartphone in April. Due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus worldwide might push the date further, but still we don’t have official word on the actual launch date of this mobile phone. The company is expected to launch OnePlus 8 in India, China and other parts of the world simultaneously. We are still waiting for the official word on this from the company.

We have already seen a few leaks of OnePlus 8 series smartphone recently. Now there is a recent leak which hints the expected launch date of this smartphone, the phone is expected to be launched on April 15. The current image leaks showed Robert Downey Jr holding OnePlus 8 smartphone in the photograph.

According to the Twitter post by Max J, the launch plan of OnePlus 8 Series smartphone is confirmed and the expected date is April 15. According to him this launch date can also be corroborated and this launch is lined up with a previous mention from OnePlus itself.

As of now we don’t have a confirmed date for the actual release of these new smartphones, but as per the historical experience, we can say that the launch event is imminent and probably in mid April. Usually OnePlus reveals the launch date few weeks before the actual launch date.

The current picture of OnePlus brand ambassador Robert Downey Jr. holding the latest OnePlus 8 series phone was accidentally posted on the Twitter account which has been taken down. So, we can say this picture was posted accidentally, but the picture reveals small detail about the upcoming smartphone.

These pictures posted on the Twitter account seems to be taken from the advertisement set for the device. The OnePlus might be creating some advertising material for this phone. The leaked picture also shows its almost copper-looking color variant.

The OnePlus 8 Lite smartphone is rumored to come with a 6.4-inch 90Hz display and a centered hole-punch display. This phone is also expected to come with a triple rear cameras and MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000 chipset.

The other model of OnePlus series, the OnePlus 8 might come with a 6.6-inch 120Hz curved, left-sided hole-punch display and triple rear cameras. In this model company will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 having 5G support.

The company is also expected to launch the OnePlus 8 Pro model which will have a QHD+ 120Hz left-sided hole-punch display and triple rear cameras. This model will be built using the Snapdragon 865 having 5G capability as well.

All these devices are expected to come with powerful battery with wireless charging, even possibly at up to 30W. These phones will have the support for reverse wireless charging.

As per the rumours the expected launch date of OnePlus 8 series smartphone is April 15. In India the expected starting cost of the OnePlus 8 series smartphone will be around Rs. 39,999.
