Luxembourg National Day: PM, President greets people

PM Narendra Modi and President greets the people on the occasion of Luxembourg National Day. PM Modi twitted on his twitter account wishing the people.

"On their National Day, my greetings to the people of Luxembourg. I am confident our ties will get even stronger in the years to come," he tweeted.

The Luxembourg National Day is celebrated on June 23, every year to mark the Grand Duke's Official Birthday although no ruler ever had a real birthday that fell on the date.

The National Holiday is celebrated with official ceremonies, military parades, and a 101 cannon salute.
