One of the greatest names in the world for music, AR Rahman is all set for his next venture in Bollywood with 'Lekar Hum Deewana Dil'. LHDD marks the entry of Raj Kapoor's grandson Armaan with southern beauty Deeksha.
An entertainer for the youth by the youth- Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is all about making mistakes and growing up as it takes audiences through the journey of two friends who take decisions, face consequences and learn from them. It reflects the 'act first, think later' sentiments of today's youth and how relationships fail over unrealistic expectations.
The music is of the film is one of the biggest USPs. Khalifa is the first track to come out and is programmed with the base of electronic music. A.R Rahman adds, "I really enjoyed working with Arif ,Dinoo and Amitabh. Khalifa is a result of our jam session we had before making the soundtrack of LHDD. Hope people embrace it and support this effort ..God bless"
What we hear is that the song has been written and composed in the span of just one night, and the producers are delighted to have the composition under their banner. Adds Dinesh Vijan "Khalifa was the first session that we had with Rahman sir and this track just came together that night with a life of its own and it just sets the tone of the album.

Eros International & Illuminati Films' Lekar Hum Deewana Dil directed by Arif Ali is scheduled to release on4th July 2014. Lekar Hum Deewana Dil stars Armaan and Deeksha in the lead roles.
