Youngistaan is an upcoming romantic Bollywood film set in the backdrop of Indian politics. The film by and large depicts an inspirational love tale concerning the spirit of youth that in the recent years creating new horizon of possibility for the scam and bureaucracy ridden politics and administration of the country. The movie is directed by Syed Ahmad Afzal and stars Jacky Bhagnani, Neha Sharma, Farooq Sheikh and Kayoze Irani in lead roles. The film is also the last film that the legendary Bollywood actor Farooq Sheikh acted on. The film is expected to release across India on 28th March, 2014.
Storyline
Youngistaan typically ventures into the political crisis and romantic life of a young man who happens to be the son of Prime Minister of India and following the unfortunate death of his father enters politics and become Prime Minister to materialize the dream of his father. The story though resembles some political characters and upheaval concerning the Gandhi family and its youngest Prime Ministerial candidate, the movie playing romance as its central theme is not weighed down by the political theme, but far from it. The film centering on the romantic side of a head-to-toe political man offers a captivating drama.
