Sooraj Pancholi, Son of actor Aditya Pancholi who has been indicted by late bollywood charming actress Jiah Khan for torturing her mentally as well as physically in a long letter before committing suicide, will be produced before court on Tuesday in a local court of Mumbai.
Sooraj was arrested by the Mumbai police in association with the suicide of actress Jiah Khan on Monday.
Senior Police inspector Arun Bhagat of Juhu police station, where the case has been registered, told reporters: "Sooraj has been arrested under Section 306 of the IPC - abetment of suicide. He will be presented tomorrow at Andheri court."
"The IPC section pertains to abetment of suicide, and Sooraj Pancholi will be presented before a magistrate Tuesday morning," he added.
The arrest was made just two days later after Jiah Khan's family handed over six-page letter penned by her to police. The letter was recovered by the actress' kin three days after she hanged herself on June 3.
