Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have finally settled their much hyped divorce case outside the court.
The settlement was concluded just 11 days after Katie Holmes filed for divorce.
She will now have the primary custody of Suri Cruise while Tom will have generous visitation rights. He will be a full part of the Suri's life.
They avoiding a very public court battle that could have exposed Tom's links to Scientology, which is considered as the major reason behind their split up.
Katie (33) and Tom (50) had five years of marriage and have a six-year-old daughter, Suri.
Katie in the agreement has asked that Suri is accompanied by Katie's own team of bodyguards when she visits Tom to ensure she isn't taught anything about Scientology.
Terms of the settlement includes that Suri isn't exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc.
Katie's attorney Jonathan Wolfe said, "We thank Tom's counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution."
"The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life," he added.
