Despite Britney Spears is getting paid 15 times more than Lovato for 'The X Factor', Demi Lovato is happy to be a judge on 'The X Factor'.
TMZ.com says that Lovato's contract for the series is mere child's play in comparison to Spears'.
While Lovato is getting paid just above 1 million dollars, Spears will be getting 15 million dollars for the same amount of work, says a report published in the New York Post.
The site says that Lovato is still happy with her contract, so much so that she is ready to schedule her upcoming tour keeping in view her 'X Factor’ requirements.
Names of both Lovato and Spears' had been whispered for weeks as probable new judges for 'The X Factor', despite efforts of keeping it a secret, after Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger were released from their job. Fox made the news official, trotting out both former Disney stars at their 2012 Upfront presentation.
"I couldn't be more excited to join 'The X Factor' judging panel. I'm a huge fan of the show and now I get to be a part of the action. Simon and L.A. better watch out," Spears has been quoted saying.
"I am totally stoked to be here. I'm so thrilled to join this legendary group of judges on the show. To be able to spend each week with Simon, L.A. and Britney watching the best that America has to offer is truly a dream come tru" Lovato has been quoted as saying.
