IPL 5: Mumbai Indians to face Deccan Chargers

In an important match of IPL 5 Mumbai Indians will face Deccan Chargers at Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam on Monday. Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar is doubtful for today’s match.

Despite absence of Sachin Tendulkar Mumbai has a formidable batting strength. But Deccan charge may tap advantage of playing on their home ground.

Deccan chargers have lost their previous match to defending champions Chennai Super Kings while Mumbai Indians lost to the Sourav Ganguly led Pune Warriors. So both the teams are under pressure to put their campaigns back on track.

Mumbai Indians is a very balanced side on paper but skipper Harbhajan Singh must be expecting a good start from Richard Levi.


On the other side Deccan Chargers do not have some big names but ruling out a team on the basis of absence of some big names would be irrational. On their day players like Shikhar Dhawan, Christian, Cameron White and Daniel Harris have ability to face mightiest of opposition.
