Zardari to Manmohan, send Chisti to Pakistan

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has demanded from India to sent Mohammad Khalil Chisti back to Pakistan on the humanitarian grounds. He has written a letter to Indian Prime Minsiter Manmohan singh in this regard.

Supreme Court of India had granted bail to 80 years old Mohammad Chisty on Monday who is undergoing life imprisonment in a jail in Ajmer for involvement in a clash that resulted in the death of a person.

President Zardari has written letter to Manmohan Singh and demanded to send Chisti to Pakistan on the humanitarian grounds. He has directed to interior minister Rehman Malik to look the whole matter and also to arrange all the expenses for the same.

It is noted that Chisti who is a virologist at Karachi medical college is an accused of killing a man when he was visited Ajmer Shariff Dargah in 1992. He was in city to visit Ajmer Shariff shrine and the clash was occurred during this.

Issue was raised earlier when Pakistani President Zardari was on the tour of Ajmer Shariff shrine. During his Delhi visit matter was discussed with Indian prime minister Manmohan Singh.
