Jennifer Aniston has said that shooting for her new movie in countryside made her understand how stressful life in the city can be.

This noted actress traveled to Georgia's countryside to shoot her latest movie 'Wanderlust'.

"Going to Clarkesville gave me a huge change - it was an eye opener. It was the greatest experience because I felt like I gained my anonymity back," she has been quoted as saying in the

"When I got there I felt my body decompress and relax. I was like, God, I'm so paranoid and pent up. The toxic clutter was just alleviated. It was a nice feeling and I took it home with me," she added.

"You realise how paranoid and guarded and non-trusting... there was a sigh of relief to be able to walk around like a normal person and feel like I've got my anonymity back.

"We spend too much time on computers and BlackBerries and you don't just pick up a phone and call people any more," she added.

Aniston also expressed her desire to move to countryside, far from the busy life of the city. She did the same while was younger.

"I would love to move to the country. I think it's always good to have a place that's away.

"When I was a kid we had a little getaway place in New Jersey that we would go to on the weekends.

:"There was something so nice to be in the woods, on a lake, a slower pace, the country store, I loved it," she has been quoted as saying.

Aniston was so moved by her visit in the rural areas that she invested in her own flock of hens.

"I've got a chicken coop. I'm very excited about my eggs. I've cracked a bunch, though," she said further.
