Danielle Spencer and Russell Crowe have separated after 9 years of marriage. Danielle is expected to walk away with a settlement estimated at 25 million dollars.
They have 2 children: Charles (8) and Tennyson (6). The decision to separate is amicable with both parents committed to protecting their boys.
Presently 48-year-old Russell is busy in filming the biblical epic 'Noah' in the US. So the children will remain with the 43-year-old till he completes the film.
The split has come as a massive shock for their fans as they were believed to have had a steady marriage.
Russell met Danielle 22 years ago on the set of The Crossing. They however slit after sometime and Crowe had a high-publicized love affair with Meg Ryan. But later he not only returned to Australia but also rekindled his relationship with Spencer.
They both married at the actor's farm in April 2003.
