Palin says Rosen's controversial comment on Ann Romney has stirred 'Mama grizzlies'

Washington, Apr 14(ANI): Former Alaska governor and vice-presidential candidate, Sarah Palin has said Democrat pundit Hilary Rosen's controversial comment that Ann Romney has 'never worked a day in her life' has stirred up conservative women across the country.

"The comments that Hilary Rosen made today certainly have awakened mama grizzlies across the nation, and I know that because I got a lot of emails today. A lot of text messages from apolitical girlfriends, some who have chosen to stay home over the years," said Palin.

"The message seems to be, why is it that some on the left choose to divide to incite with comments like that instead of just respecting women's choices and what they want to do with the gifts that God has given them?" she added.

Palin defended Ann Romney, a cancer survivor who is battling multiple sclerosis, for the choice she made to be a stay-at-home mom," Politico reports.

"Look at what's going on today with Hilary Rosen," she said.

"She who has the ear of the president, who is advising the Democratic Party and making such disrespectful comment about a woman who has made a very honorable choice to stay home and do the toughest job, the most important job there is, and that is raising good kids," she added. (ANI)
