Imogen Thomas becomes new face of weight loss aid

London, Apr 13 (ANI): Imogen Thomas, who surprisingly covered up for her date night with boyfriend Adam Horsley, showed off a slimmed-down figure after being announced as the face of a weight loss company.

The 29-year-old, who is infamous for bedding footballer Ryan Giggs, will now have a few women looking to her for inspiration as she was announced as the face of weight loss aid, Slimsticks.

The model showed off her slimmed down figure during the date on the West End, a month after starting the product.

Thomas has dropped from a size 12 to a 10 since drinking Slimsticks sachets, which are intended help users eat 30 percent less calories a day.

"My problem is that I absolutely love food so I find it difficult to control my weight. I have tried many diets but never stuck to them because they stop me eating the foods that I like," the Mirror quoted her as saying on the company's website.

"Then someone suggested trying Slimsticks. I hadn't heard about it but after looking on their website, I thought I'd give it a go, especially as Slimsticks is natural and had no side effects.

"'After a few days I started to notice that I was not craving as much chocolates and puddings after dinner. I also stopped thinking about food so I wasn't grabbing crisps and snacks in between meals. That tends to be a big problem for me especially if I am rushing around in between photoshoots or meetings.

"Slimsticks has been easy to incorporate into my daily routine and since taking them my clothes are much looser on me. I've also noticed that I haven't stopped eating the foods I like, I'm just eating a bit less of them. Hopefully, if I continue taking them I can lose that bit of extra weight without loosing my curves," she said.

She even took to her Twitter page to break the news to her followers.

"I am proud to announce that I am the new face of @yourslimsticks ...exciting times :-) xxx" she tweeted.

On Wednesday, Imogen showed off her figure in a tight blue dress from Debra in Chigwell, Essex, as she strolled hand-in-hand with her beau after watching 'Mamma Mia' at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London. (ANI)
