LiLo denies nightclub battery claim

Washington, Apr 10 (ANI): Lindsay Lohan is vehemently denying charges that she punched a woman in the back at a Los Angeles nightclub Thursday night, saying she was watching TV series 'Homeland' at her home that night.

A woman had filed an incident report alleging battery with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department, claiming the 25-year-old actress started fight with her inside a nightclub last week.

According to sources, Lohan is particularly frustrated by this accusation, as she did not venture outside her house that night, TMZ reported.

The accusations of assault come just two weeks after the "Mean Girls" actress was officially removed from formal probation, which adds to her frustration about the situation. (ANI)
