Moscow, March 24 (IANS/RIA Novosti) Two suspects have been arrested in Moscow on charges of robbing at least 30 gays, three of whom died, police said.

The suspects -- aged 22 and 25, and natives of Dagestan region -- advertised online as male prostitutes, but attacked clients in their homes to rob them.

The money obtained was used to pay the rent for an apartment in Moscow's Bolshaya Yakimanka Street, where prices range from 40,000 to 120,000 rubles ($1,400 to $4,000) a month.

Police began to look into the case after the death of one of the victims was reported.
