Pakistan team management for upcoming Asia Cup named

Islamabad, Mar 7 (ANI): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has named the national cricket team management for the Asia Cup that is scheduled to be held on March 11.

 

Naveed Akram Cheema has been retained as team manager, the Daily Times reports.

 

The other team officials are Dave Whatmore (head coach), Julian Fountain (fielding coach), Faisal Hayat Khan (physiotherapist), Saboor Ahmed (trainer), Waseem Ahmed Shahid (security manager), Talha Butt (analyst) and Malang Ali (masseur).

 

Tickets for Asia Cup 2012 cricket four-nation tournament went on sale on Tuesday.

 

Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka and hosts Bangladesh would take part in the Asia Cup.

 

The first match will be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh, and the final will be played on March 22. (ANI)
