Kris Humphries wants Kim Kardashian to return wedding gifts

Washington , Tue, 06 Mar 2012 ANI

Washington, Mar 6(ANI): Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are reportedly at war over unreturned wedding presents.

The estranged couple received 63,000 pounds worth of presents when they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony last August. However, Kardashian filed for her much publicized divorce after a mere 72 days of marriage.

According to US Weekly, the reality star wants to keep the gifts and donate twice the value of the items to charity but Humphries believes they should all be returned, Contactmusic reported.

"Kris has always felt they should return gifts to the people that spent their money on it. Kris respects Kim for donating money and is happy she is doing that. He 100 per cent thinks that is great but she should give the gifts back," a source said.

Another source claims the former couple should have waited for the marriage to be officially ended before deciding what to do with any joint property.

"According to the court they are not supposed to do anything at the moment until the marriage is dissolved completely and they both should decide how everything will end up," the insider said.

The terms of the split are expected to be thrashed out in court later this year and could even be televised if NBA star Humphries gets his way. (ANI)
