Multan, Mar 6 (ANI): Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Hina Rabbani Khar, has said creating problems for NATO forces is not in her country's interest.

Insisting that peace in the region was in Pakistan's interest and, Khar said: "We need to further improve our relations with all regional countries. Creating problems for the Nato forces is not in Pakistan's interest but a strong reaction on Salala attack was also imperative because country's interest is supreme."

Talking about NATO supplies, Hina said the land route is still closed.

"The aerial route was never blocked. As far as land route is concerned, we blocked it, and it is still blocked," The Nation quoted her, as saying.

She warned that Pakistan would not tolerate any army intervention in the region, as it would impact the territory negatively.

"The region cannot afford any new army intervention. Army action against any country including Iran will leave very negative impact on the entire region," Khar added. (ANI)
