London, Mar 1 (ANI): It seems that turning 30 has worried Imogen Thomas, as she was spotted entering a clinic on London's Harley Street on Tuesday to get an alternative treatment to Botox.
The vain reality TV star was spotted talking on her phone as she tottered inside the facility.
Thomas reportedly underwent a non-invasive facial at the clinic - an alternative to wrinkle reducing procedure Botox, the Daily Mail reported.
The former Big Brother star ensured that she looked her best for her outing at the clinic.
Wearing a black and white checked A-line dress, she teamed the look up with black tights and a studded leather jacket.
And she even went for optimum glamour for the visit as she stepped out in skyhigh Louboutin heels.
Thomas brushed her hair off her face as she walked into the Nouveau A-List venue.
The procedure is normally used by older women trying to maintain their looks, but it was only her 30th birthday at the end of November. (ANI)
