Halle Berry wins legal battle against ex Aubry over daughter's custody

Washington, Feb 11 (ANI): Halle Berry has won her legal fight to prevent her former beau Gabriel Aubry from having unsupervised visits to their daughter.

A judge has ruled that the Canadian model's visitation with daughter Nahla must be supervised and that Aubry will not be allowed any overnight stays with his three-year-old daughter, RadarOnline reported.

The ruling comes in the wake of the allegation by Nahla's nanny, employed by Berry, that Aubry physically attacked her while she was holding Nahla.

Although Aubry has vehemently denied the claim, an investigation is being carried out to look into the matter. (ANI)
