London, Feb.2 (ANI): Britain's fallen world champion David Haye is no longer a big-money crowd-puller, it seems.
The manager of the giant Ukrainian siblings - Vladimir and Vitali Klitschko - has termed Haye's demand for a second bonanza from his proposed fight with Vitali as "ridiculous".
The Daily Mail quoted Bernd Bonte, as saying: "There is no longer anything going on with Haye. Our two sides are so far apart that from this moment there is no chance of this fight ever taking place."
Haye's proposition for coming out of retirement to fight Vitali has been dismissed by the Klitschko camp on financial grounds.
Bonte said: "The difference is all about the numbers. Haye is asking for so much money that it is impossible. He wants an impossible guarantee plus half the British television rights while we do all the work and take on all the costs."
"The financial risk for us of going anywhere near his demands would be far too great. We just don't know what he could bring to the event," he added. (ANI)
