New York, Feb 2 (ANI): Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, who split in late 2010, have decided to divide their marital assets by putting their Los Angeles mid-century modern home on sale for 3.65 million dollars.
According to the Real Estalker blog, known as "The Wong House," the home was built in the Los Feliz Hills in 1969.
The four-bedroom home is on a private gated bluff with views that look out on West Hollywood to the ocean.
According to Realtor.com, the 2,835-square-foot home has a master suite that has its own private, walled garden and outdoor bath and the den, kitchen and living room have floor-to-ceiling glass windows that overlook a deck and pool, the New York Daily News reported.
The now estranged couple bought the home about a year and a half ago, and are listing it for about 30 percent more than they paid.
One reason for the increase is that the home has been outfitted with eco-friendly updates, including solar panels. (ANI)
