Washington, Jan 16 (ANI): Former Pakistan cricketer-turned politician Imran Khan has said that time is running out for the government headed by the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) under the leadership of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and President Asif Ali Zardari.

The apex court further requested the authorities to present details on progress in the implementation of its verdict on the same issue.

The Pakistan Supreme Court had also warned Zardari and Gilani of disqualification for upto 10 years for defying the implementation of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) verdict.

Following today's apex court order, Gilani met Zardari ahead of ahead of the National Assembly session.

He is expected to present his point regarding the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) issue in the Pakistan Assembly. (ANI)
