Ahmedabad, Sept 29 (ANI): The youngsters in Ahmedabad are all set to get glitzy temporary tattoos done as the Navratra featival, nine days of ultimate fun comes knocking at the doorstep.
Traditional semi-permanent tattoo is the next in thing for these youngsters who choose temporary tattoos over the permanent ones as they feel that they can change their style according to the changing fashion.
Rajika Kacheria, a cosmetologist who owns a tattoo parlour says that the Indian designs are more in demand this time than the Indo-western patterns, which was a craze amongst the youngsters last year.
"When you are talking about semi-permanent tattoo you can wash them off and keep changing them. So, the wash and wearibility is much more easier. I think this time its more traditional look that people are looking for. Like last year, it was more Indo-western look that people wanted but this year its more traditional look," said Rajika.
The youngsters though have an added reason to opt for temporary tattooing as they feel tattoo is hassle free on the dance floor compared to other accessories.
"When you dance you want to be free and you wouldn't really want to be taking care of your earrings or your wearings in hand. So, tattoos take place of accessories. They look nice and unique," said Neha, a customer.
