Kupwara (J-K), Oct 7 (ANI): Two militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district this morning.
According to sources, acting on a tip off, police assisted by army cordoned off Satkoji near Zachaldara, 80 kms from Srinagar.
The militants opened fire on them and in the ensuing gun battle two militants were killed.
A search operation is going on in the area till the reports last filtered in. (ANI)
