Rajkot, Sept 24 (ANI): Combining work with pleasure, Bollywood musician-turned-actor Himesh Reshammiya promoted his forthcoming romantic film during the nine-day festival of 'Navratri' in Rajkot.

Singing and dancing with the crowd, Himesh left the audience panting for more as the crowd danced to some catchy songs from his forthcoming film 'Radio'.

"I have come to Rajkot for the first time. My film 'Radio' is releasing on December 3. I have got an opportunity to come during the 'Navratri' festival," said Himesh.

'Radio' is a modern day love story that deals with the issue of incompatibility between couples today.

The film revolves around the life of a radio jockey Vivan Shah, played by Himesh Reshammiya.

Vivan is undergoing a bitter divorce when he meets Shanaya, who hosts a show with him. The show becomes popular and sends across a wrong signal that they are married.

Later, the saga relates how Vivan's estranged wife realises her mistake and wants to reconcile with him.

"Radio is a love triangle. It is a story about a Radio Jockey whose wife has divorced him. He meets another girl," Himesh said.

Himesh had to prepare a lot to get into the role of a radio jockey.

'Radio' is slated to hit the screen worldwide on December 3. (ANI)
