Ducon secures FGD order for 3x250 mw power plant from BHEL

Farmingdale (New York) June 18 (ANI/Business Wire India): Ducon Technologies Inc. - Ducon announced that it has secured a prestigious contract from Indian Government owned giant Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) for a limestone based Flue gas Desulfurization (FGD) system for 3 x 250 MW thermal power plant being set up by Indian power company, National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd.(NTPC) at Bongaigaon in, north east India.

 

"Ducon's Indian operation located in Thane, India will assist in executing the turnkey project that includes complete engineering, supply, manufacture, erection supervision, commissioning and performance guarantees" said Aron Govil, CEO and President of Ducon, "This is the third successive FGD system order secured in India amidst global competition." continued Govil.
