Ace Fashion designer Anupama Dayal was presented the Designer of the Year 2011 by Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Female Awards.

In the year 2004, Anupama launched a new series named 'Anupamaa', which received positive response at Rosemount Australia Fashion Week.

She is known for her unique printing and needle work techniques. Her favorite technique of ancient hand printing is using wooden blocks carved by hand. The blocks are then dipped into dyes and placed on silks and cottons.
