Motorola has launched Motorola Fire XT in a hope to recapture its presence in the Indian mobile phone market. This touch screen smartphone is sleek and has an Android base.
Here is a quick Motorola Fire XT review.
This elegant looking phone operates on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread operating System and has an 800 MHz processor. It also has a Qualcomm MSM7227T-1 chipset and Adreno 200 GPU. Although the configuration looks good, the response is however quite laggy. Fire XT is 3G enabled and has a capacitive touch screen, though its response is nothing to swank about.
This phone has Video calling facility and is A-GPS enabled. Other important features include: Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), 5 MP rear camera, sensors and Geo tagging facility. Standard Li-Ion 1540 mAh battery gives it a stand-by time of 672 h and a talk time of 8 h, quite impressive for a smart phone. It comes with a 512 MB of internal memory as well.
Whilst this Smartphone has all the basic features, user still might find it a little unresponsive. Even the display is not very pleasing.
Priced at Rs. 12,000 this phone comes as a complete package.
