Ashok Chawla, Chairman, Competition Commission of India (CCI) released ASSOCHAM - Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan knowledge paper titled 'Intellectual Property Rights & Competition Law' along with Chaitanya Prasad, Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, D.S. Rawat, Secretary General, ASSOCHAM and Nuno Pires de Carvalho, Director, IP & Competition Policy Division, WIPO, Geneva at an ASSOCHAM International Conference on "Interface Between Intellectual Property & Competition Law" held in New Delhi on Friday.
