What better way to end your meal than with a delicious dessert? But, with so many out there, what to choose? Which would be the simplest to try out? We are here with a few simple recipes for desserts, which are not only easy to make but also don't take much time to prepare.
Gelatin crystals - 1 Tbsp.
Water - 1/4 cup
Milk - 200 ml
Fresh cream - 200 ml
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 Tsp.
Take a bowl and mix gelatin crystals and water together.
Heat some water in a saucepan. Once the water is hot, turn off the stove and place the gelatin bowl in the hot water. Let the gelatin melt completely from the external heat.
Take a small saucepan. Add milk and fresh cream to the pan and mix it well. Keep the flame on a medium-low.
Add sugar, vanilla extract and melted gelatin to the pan. Turn off the stove and mix all the ingredients together.
Take some small bowls (You can also use small glasses or cups) and pour the mixture into that.
Cling wrap the bowls and refrigerate it. (Never keep it in a freezer)
Once refrigerated, keep the bowl in hot water so that the panna cotta will get loosened from the sides. Gently use a knife to release the panna cotta from the bowl.
Place the plate upside down on the bowl. Panna cotta will come off.
Put blueberry compote and garnish it with some fresh mint leaves.
Yummy Panna cotta is ready to be served!
BANANA SPLIT WITH ICE CREAM
Semi-sweet chocolate - 1 bar
Fresh cream - 3/4 cup
Banana - 1 no
Vanilla ice cream
Take a pan, add a little butter and toast all the nuts. Let it cool.
Take another saucepan, add fresh cream, chocolate and melt it. Keep it on a low flame and whisk continuously.
Take a ripped banana and split it vertically.
Keep a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the banana.
Pour the chocolate sauce.
Just sprinkle the chopped nuts.
Yummy banana split with vanilla ice cream is ready to taste!
Apple - 1 chopped
Mango - 1 chopped
Pomegranate - 1 chopped
Banana - 2 chopped
Milk - 1 litre
Custard powder - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Boil 1 litre of milk.
In a cup add a little milk, custard powder & mix it well. Keep it aside.
Once the milk is boiled, add custard mix & continuously stir it.
Add enough sugar according to your taste & continue stir to avoid lumps.
Turn off the stove once it cooked, cool the mixture to the room temperature.
In a serving bowl fill the mixed fruit on top of it pour the cream custard.
