Young musician Mohammad Nazeer from Kashmir Valley makes state proud

Mumbai, July 01 (ANI): This is the young generation of Jammu and Kashmir. They are hell bent on touching new heights and making a mark for themselves in today's highly competitive world. They have emerged victorious in almost every field. Recently, Athar-Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan from J&K made headlines across the country when he secured second position in the prestigious UPSC exams. Mohammad Muneem Nazeer is another youth from the state, who is making it big in the music industry. He is a member of a music band 'Alif', based in Mumbai and has opened several music academies. Mohammad Muneem is very passionate about music and started composing songs right from his school days. His parents had some reservations regarding a career in music initially but they were convinced when his work got rave reviews in Kashmir. Mohammad Muneem is a professor at Symbiosis in Pune. He teaches Sarir e khamma, an Urdu song writing course, apart from taking workshops in different universities. He co-founded Muziclub, a music training academy in Pune, which has offices in London and Pune with over 400 students.
