Will pay for ‘Suraksha Bima Yojana’ of 25,000 women in Amethi before Diwali: Smriti Irani
Salon, May 26 (ANI): Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani while addressing a rally in Salon, Raebareli of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday promised the Anganwadi women of Amethi to pay for the ‘Suraksha Bima Yojana’ of 25,000 women from her own pocket. The HRD minister announced about the same at an event organized to celebrate one year in office of the NDA government at the Centre. Irani said that the Modi government in only 1 year has fulfilled the demands of people of Amethi which the UPA government failed to do in 10 longs years. Describing herself as the daughter of the family that is Amethi, Irani also announced a soil testing lab and maintained that the love Amethi's people have given to politicians has never been returned.
