Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh), Aug 26 (ANI): With sand mafia goons having blocking the roads in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur district, locals were forced to take out the last rites procession through a pond on Thursday. Locals alleged that they have been complaining about the jungle raj of sand mafia in the region but all their complaints to the administration have fallen on deaf ears.
