VISITORS DIARY: CBI CHIEF MOVES SC TO FILE CASE AGAINST BHUSHAN
CBI director Ranjit Sinha, who is already facing the Supreme Court's fire for meeting many accused persons in the 2G and coal block allocation scams, has moved an application against advocates Prashant Bhushan and Kamini Jaiswal. The application sought a direction to the police to register an FIR on the charge of perjury for making "false" statement against Sinha before the court, regarding his visitors' diary.
