Uttarakhand to receive more rainfall

Dehradun/ Poonch, July 7 (ANI): The meteorological department predicted more rainfall in Uttarakhand over the next three days. Many areas in the state have been receiving heavy rainfall since Sunday including Nainital’s prime destination for hotels and businesses. The weather department has advised people living in mountainous areas to stay indoors. Heavy rainfall in hill town of Nainital brought a landslide onto a road on Monday, hampering traffic and affecting businesses with huge amounts of debris having blocked access to the main market. Meanwhile, in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, administration has decided to close down temporary bridges with to onset of monsoon. Several temporary bridges were built in the area after last year’s floods.
