US Defence Secretary Ashton B Carter meets Sushma Swaraj
New Delhi, June 03 (ANI): US Defence Secretary Ashton B Carter on Wednesday held bilateral talks with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. Carter who is on a three day visit to India earlier met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is Carter's first visit to India as defence secretary. Carter, who arrived in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday, has visited the Eastern Naval Command and the indigenous stealth frigate, INS Sahyadri.
