Turkish Airlines emergency landing: No bomb threat, airline will be allowed to take off in few hours

New Delhi, July 7 (ANI): Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju on Tuesday said that the Turkish Airlines plane, which made an emergency landing at the IGI airport here, will be allowed to take off in few hours. The Turkish aircraft flying from Bangkok to Istanbul, was forced to make an emergency landing at Delhi Airport following a bomb threat. All 148 passengers on the plane had been evacuated safely and the aircraft had been taken to an isolated bay for further checks. However, no bomb was found on the plane following thorough checks.
